What you'll do: Counsel students and parents on study abroad opportunities across different countries Answer calls and talk with students online, guiding them through their journey Manage the end to end student journey from enquiry to admission Handle student documentation accurately and efficiently Process international insurance for students Manage purser and financial documentation for student applications Use AI tools to streamline research, communication, and workflow Oversee day to day operations and keep everything organised
