Vishwa Tech Logic ("we", "us") is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at info@vishwatechlogic.com.
What we collect
Enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are asking about and your message, sent to us through Formspree.
Intake form: the details needed to arrange your cover, such as your name, date of birth, passport details, Irish address, course and visa stamp. You submit these through our secure intake form.
Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, location, your CV and any profile link or note you choose to add, when you apply for a role on our careers pages. Your CV is sent over an encrypted connection and stored in our admin system, where only our team can open it.
Messages: anything you send us by email or WhatsApp.
Payments: payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank details. We receive confirmation that a payment was made, with its reference and amount.
How we use it
We use your data to reply to your enquiry, arrange and confirm your insurance, take payment, consider your job application and contact you about it, send you your documents, meet our legal obligations and keep our records accurate. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the services that help us deliver what you asked for: Formspree (enquiry forms), Google (intake form and email), Razorpay (payments), and the insurer or broker that issues your policy. Each handles your data under its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer you and for a reasonable period after. Job applications are kept while we consider you for the role and for a reasonable period afterwards in case another role suits you. You can ask us to delete your application and CV at any time. Insurance records are kept for the length of your policy and for the period the law requires. After that we delete or anonymise them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@vishwatechlogic.com. If you are in the European Economic Area you can also complain to your data protection authority. In Ireland that is the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Third party services you choose to open, such as YouTube, Instagram or Google Forms, may set their own.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
